We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid losing your deposit. Please arrive on time to your appointment. Being more than 10 minutes late will result in a fee, and being more than 15 minutes late may result in the automatic cancellation of your appointment and loss of your deposit.
